Eildon provided a staged land and construction facility to fund the development of a 6 tower and 650 apartment complex in Biggera Waters, QLD.

Premium Townhouse Development | Martha Cove, VIC

Eildon provided a senior land and construction facility to fund the construction of 29 premium townhouses located in a prime Mornington Peninsula pocket.

Contemporary Apartment Development | Collingwood, VIC

Eildon provided construction funding for a boutique development of 38 home sized residences designed by the award-winning CHT Architects in Collingwood, VIC.

Apartment & Townhouse Development | Coburg, VIC

Eildon provided a senior land debt facility for settlement of a residential development site for townhouses and apartments in Coburg, VIC. The funding allowed the Borrower sufficient time to modify approvals and commence presales of the project.

Elara Village Shopping Centre | Marsden Park, NSW

Eildon successfully completed a $30.1 million equity raising for the EAM Elara Village Property Fund to acquire a brand-new Coles-anchored Shopping Centre located within Stockland’s Elara Masterplan Estate in Marsden Park, NSW. The centre commenced trading in November of 2021, having a very successful first 12 months of operation. The flagship Coles is supported by The Castle Hill Medical Centre, Goodstart Childcare, Snap Fitness, Desi Hatti Indian Grocer, Subway and many more specialty shops. EAM Elara Village Property Fund provides investors with:
– Ownership in a large A-grade shopping centre asset, via an unlisted direct property Fund
– Cash distributions paid to Investors on a quarterly basis, over the 7-year investment term
– Opportunity for capital growth, represented in the Fund’s NTA
– Long-term lease with a forecast Weighted Average Lease Expiry of 10+ years (100% occupation)

The Big Fish Junction | Caboolture, QLD

Eildon successfully completed a $31.4 million equity raising for the EAM Caboolture Property Fund to acquire a brand-new Coles-anchored Shopping Centre located 30 minutes north of Brisbane in Caboolture. The Coles Centre commenced trading in November of 2022, with the KFC and Large Format Retail Centre, anchored by PetStock & SuperCheap Auto, set to commence trading in early 2023. The Coles Centre is supported by 11 speciality shops along with a Chemist Warehouse and KFC.

Eildon successfully completed a $10 million equity raising for the EAM Berwick Motor Trust (the “Fund”), home to Berwick BMW in Melbourne’s east.
The state-of-the-art facility offers a full range of BMW products and services, including New Vehicle Sales, Pre-owned Vehicle Sales, BMW Finance and Insurance, Service and Parts.
EAM Berwick Motor Trust provides investors with:

Harpley Town Centre | Werribee, VIC

Eildon acquired a 4.4 ha site within the Lendlease Harpley Estate. Development is due to commence in 2023 and will incorporate a medical centre, neighbourhood centre, service station, fast food and other commercial use. End value of the development is projected to be in excess of $100 million. The Coles anchored neighbourhood centre is 73% leased (by area), with construction due to commence in January of 2023, set to be open for trade in Autumn 2024.

Big Fish Retail and Commercial Centre | Caboolture, QLD

Eildon acquired a 15 ha site with an existing tavern and has been transforming the site into a combined retail and commercial precinct. A Caltex Travel Centre and a McDonald’s were completed in 2018 and 2020, respectively. Eildon has recently completed construction of a full-scale Coles anchored shopping centre, which has been placed into an income fund and began trading. Eildon is also nearing completion of a 14,042 sqm Bunnings warehouse development and also a Large Format Retail Centre anchored by PetStock and SuperCheap Auto. The end value of the entire project is expected to exceed $100m.
