Eildon provided a staged land and construction facility to fund the development of a 6 tower and 650 apartment complex in Biggera Waters, QLD.

Premium Townhouse Development | Martha Cove, VIC

Eildon provided a senior land and construction facility to fund the construction of 29 premium townhouses located in a prime Mornington Peninsula pocket.

Contemporary Apartment Development | Collingwood, VIC

Eildon provided construction funding for a boutique development of 38 home sized residences designed by the award-winning CHT Architects in Collingwood, VIC.

Apartment & Townhouse Development | Coburg, VIC

Eildon provided a senior land debt facility for settlement of a residential development site for townhouses and apartments in Coburg, VIC. The funding allowed the Borrower sufficient time to modify approvals and commence presales of the project.

Luxury Apartments & Retail Development| Port Melbourne, VIC

Eildon provided a mezzanine debt facility to assist with the development of 12 luxury residential apartments and three floors of retail located in Port Melbourne, VIC.

Elara Village Shopping Centre | Marsden Park, NSW

Eildon acquired a new Coles-anchored Shopping Centre located within Stockland’s Elara Masterplan Estate in Marsden Park, NSW. Construction is well progressed at the new Shopping Centre and on track for opening in Spring 2021. A range of additional tenants have been secured, including Goodstart Early Learning, Castle Medical Centre, a café, specialty grocery shop, and many more which will service the residence of Elara Masterplan Estate.

BMW Berwick | Berwick, VIC

Eildon successfully completed a $10.05 million equity raising for the EAM Berwick Motor Trust (the “Fund”), a new unlisted, seven-year, fixed term direct property fund. The Fund has acquired a new BMW dealership and service centre located in Berwick, Melbourne and offers investors:
– An unlisted, single asset, direct property fund with a 7-year initial term
– An initial forecast distribution yield of 7.10% per annum (FY21 annualised) paid quarterly
– Forecast Weighted Average Lease Expiry of 15 years with 100% occupation
– Initial yield 6.75% with end value of $17 million

Eildon Opportunity Funds


Harpley Town Centre | Werribee, VIC

Eildon acquired a 4.4 ha site within the Lendlease Harpley Estate. Development is due to commence in FY22 and will incorporate a medical centre, neighbourhood centre, service station, fast food and other commercial use. End value of the development is projected to be in excess of $70 million.

Big Fish Retail and Commercial Centre | Caboolture, QLD

Eildon acquired a 15 ha site with an existing tavern and has been transforming the site into a combined retail and commercial precinct. A Caltex Travel Centre and a McDonald’s were completed in 2018 and 2020, respectively. Eildon has negotiated and finalised an Agreement for Lease for the development of a 14,042 sqm Bunnings warehouse. Eildon is currently in negotiations with a major Australian supermarket operator, a national chain pharmacy as well as bulky goods retailers which will anchor the balance of the 6 ha site with an end value projected to exceed $57 million.
