LAURENCE PARISI | Chief Executive Officer

Laurence has over 20 years’ experience in various senior roles within the property investment industry, covering both direct and listed real estate.

Laurence was previously an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs and Fund Manager of Industria REIT (ADI.AX), an ASX listed commercial and industrial focused AREIT. Laurence has also worked for Credit Suisse and Citi covering the AREIT sector and spent several years at APN as the Head of Private Funds responsible for managing four direct retail property funds and two wholesale direct property funds with a combined value of more than $400 million.

Laurence holds a Diploma of Business Accounting, a Diploma of Financial Markets and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment.

VARUN SACHDEV | Chief Financial Officer

Varun is a seasoned Corporate Finance professional with extensive experience across financial services specialising in property developments.

Prior to joining EDC, Varun was working at MaxCap Group, leading their Finance team as a Financial Controller. He has also held various senior accounting positions at the Winslow Group in their property development division.

Varun has completed a Master of Finance from the University of Melbourne and is also a member of the Institute of Certified Practising Accountants.

TIFFANY MCLEAN | General Counsel & Company Secretary

Tiffany is a corporate lawyer with 15 years’ experience in corporate governance, compliance and capital raising and has held roles in private practice in Australia and in-house legal in the UK.

She was recently appointed as General Counsel of the Group and has also acted as Company Secretary since January 2021.


Tiffany is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales and holds a Bachelor of Laws from Bond University and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Griffith University.

JACLYN WILLOUGHBY | Business Development - Capital Partnerships

Jaclyn has focused her career facilitating property investments, both domestically and internationally, on behalf of Australian investors. Having spent over a decade in a Melbourne based property fund manager, she brings a wealth of knowledge to Eildon having syndicated investment products spanning across Australia and the USA and more recently working with international clients wishing to invest in Australian property assets.

Jaclyn operates from the investor viewpoint in all that she does and is responsible for the areas of business development and investor relations.

Jaclyn holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University.

JUFRI ABIDIN | Head of Direct Property

Jufri takes an active role in deal procurement, structuring, due diligence and investment management.

Jufri has considerable funds management experience gained from his time at APN Property Group, an ASX listed real estate fund manager. He has managed the property portfolio of multiple unlisted real estate investment trusts, consisting of up to 60 assets under management, with a combined value of AUD$500million.

Jufri holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Melbourne.

PARAG MANIHAR | Director - Real Estate Finance

Parag has over 9 years of experience across real estate, infrastructure and corporate law which allows him to apply a highly commercial approach to real estate financing.

Parag has a depth of experience in structuring, executing, and managing real estate investment opportunities across the capital stack and multiple real estate asset classes.

Parag hold a Bachelor of Commerce / Bachelor of Laws (1st class honours) from Monash University.

KENNY CHEN | Director - Real Estate Finance

Kenny has over 16 years’ experience across debt and lending markets in Australia. Kenny has had an extensive banking career originating, structuring and negotiating transactions across both corporate and property opportunities, having previously held senior origination and relationship management roles at Big 4 banks.

Kenny holds a Bachelor of Commerce & Bachelor of Information Systems from The University of Melbourne.
