The state-of-the-art facility offers a full range of BMW products and services, including New Vehicle Sales, Pre-owned Vehicle Sales, BMW Finance and Insurance, Service and Parts. EAM Berwick Motor Trust provides investors with:

• Ownership in a large commercial property asset, via an unlisted direct property Fund
• Cash distributions paid to Investors on a quarterly basis, over the 7-year investment term
• Opportunity for capital growth, represented in the Fund’s NTA
• Long-term lease with a forecast Weighted Average Lease Expiry of 15 years (100% occupation)
